Wilton Cake Decorating Course 1

All along I like to bake and decorate cake myself. Last year, I have seek my husband permission to relief myself for some time off to go for the Wilton Cake Decorating Course. I am so happy that he agreed to it and even sponsor me to the course.

Below is the cake that I have decorated for my Wilton Cake Decorating Course 1. A pity is my husband don't like the frosting. It is super sweet buttercream. After taking the pictures, I have actually scrape off all the frosting and re-do it using whipped cream.
