Princess Cake

Last weekend, I promise my Mum to make her a durian cake. However, I didn't have enough durian. Instead, there are 3 mangoes in my fridge. So change to make a mango cake.

Initially, I wanted to decorate the durian cake as a durian but since now I change to make mango cake, it's not logical to decorate it to look like a durian. So I decided to make a princess cake. The idea came from Debbie Brown's book.
