In Cake Decorating Course 3, I have learn to use fondant to decorate cake. Cake decorated with fondant is very fun and the effect is beautiful. It's like playing playdough, but of course fondant is edible. Again my husband don't like it cos it's super sweet also. Though, people always feel off the fondant before eating. But he just don't like it. Sigh......
Beside using fondant to decorate cake, I have also learnt to make tier cakes. You cake used pillars, or use dowel rods to make tier cake. It's really interesting to know how to construct the tier cake like what outside cake shop do.
